You can return an order to us for an exchange of item or store credit.
To process a return make sure you have your order number handy, which you can find in your initial order confirmation email. Then follow these steps:
1. Go to the returns portal on our website
2. Enter your order number and postcode to verify your account and login to our return portal
3. Select the products you are wanting to return from your order
4. Follow the prompts that ask you about your return
5. Confirm your return
Once we receive your order we will process an exchange or store credit depending on the nature of your return.

A return request can be submitted within a month after the purchase is made.
When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.
When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Our clothing is Unisex and based on our men’s fit. If you typically shop in women’s sizing you might find some of our clothing to have an “oversized” fit.
Our clothing is designed to have a loose-fitting, but often customers that typically shop in men’s sizing will order their usual size. If for some reason a product runs small or large we will specify that in the product description.
